1. Digital Goods – All Sales Are Final

All products sold on YallaCoins are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and the digital goods are delivered, we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund the transaction.

Why?

  • Delivery is instant and irreversible.
  • Digital items cannot be returned or reused.
  • Top-ups applied to user accounts are permanently consumed.
  • Digital codes, once revealed, are considered used.
Summary: YallaCoins does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any completed order of digital goods.

2. Customer Responsibility

Before completing an order, customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided information:

  • The correct User ID or account information on the target platform
  • The selected product and quantity
  • The chosen payment method

YallaCoins is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Failed or Pending Orders

In rare cases where a payment is processed but delivery does not occur due to a system error, YallaCoins will:

  • Verify the transaction in our system and with the application provider
  • Attempt to complete the top-up or delivery if the order is valid
  • If delivery is not possible, we may issue a store credit depending on the situation

Refunds to original payment methods are not offered in these cases; value may be credited to your YallaCoins balance.

4. Fraud, Abuse, or Unauthorized Transactions

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious transactions
  • Request verification or additional documentation
  • Cancel or refuse services in cases of fraud or misuse

Orders flagged as fraudulent cannot be refunded.

5. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital goods violates our terms. YallaCoins may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Ban your User ID from future services
  • Submit delivery evidence to payment providers
